Q: What size is right for me?
Our sizes range from S-5X and are generally true to size with an oversized fit. If you want an even more oversized fit, feel free to size up!
Q: I’m tall/short, how long is the robe?
On shorter people (5’0-5’4) the robe falls to the mid-calf. On average heights (5’5-5’8) the robe falls at the knee. For taller people, it hits just above the knee and slightly dips in the back for more coverage.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Standard: arrives in 5-7 business days once shipped.
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order.
Please note that many shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and holiday surcharges. We are doing everything we can to get you in your cozy robes ASAP!
Q: Can I cancel my order?
We move quickly when we get an order from you, meaning that we cannot accept cancellations at this time. If you need to change your address or size after placing an order, please do so within 24 hours by emailing hello@toocollective.com or texting with your order number and request.
Q: What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 10 days of receipt and be unworn, with the hangtag attached. We do not accept items with the hangtag removed. To initiate a return, visit the returns portal.
Q: How do I wash my Too Cozy robe?
To preserve the cozy material, please follow all wash instructions carefully. Wash the robe alone on a delicate cold cycle with a gentle detergent, and dry on low or air dry for best results.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
As of 11/14/2022, we do not ship internationally, but we are working on it and hope to by the end of the year! If you want to stay updated, add your email to our list and follow us on Instagram for updates on when we start shipping to you!
